We bought this to hopefully impdove circulation of the calves. I have really skinby calves so I can cope with the harsh pummeling, however, my aunt whome it was really bought to help, has normal size calves cannot cope with the pain of the harsh pummelling and is now reluctant to use it.. This is not a gentle relaxing massage, it's more like being run over by a lawnmower!

Recomiendo mucho estos masajes con alta tecnología en sillones súper cómodos. El masajes es espectacular y ayuda mucho a relajarse los músculos de todo el cuerpo. Estoy satisfecha con estos ricos masajes 💆♀️ ha sido una experiencia súper genial.

No recomiendo nada esta empresa. Compré un producto y realicé la devolución en plazo, mediante un servicio de recogida con la empresa de transporte que ellos decidieron. Ha pasado más de un mes y no me hacen la devolución del importe ya que no han recibido el paquete. He enviado el justificante de recogida y dicen que hasta que no comprueben el estado del producto, no hacen devolución.
He escrito mails, llamado por teléfono y a través de su whasapp pidiendo hoja de reclamaciones y tampoco contestan.

Terrible Experience with Global Relax – Avoid at All Costs
I purchased the Dharani S1 Premium sauna from Global Relax in November 2023 for €1,599.99, which came with a 5-year warranty. Unfortunately, the sauna stopped working in June 2024 due to a faulty temperature sensor, and my experience with Global Relax’s customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare ever since.
Despite reaching out multiple times over the course of 8 months, I received no meaningful response or resolution. My emails were ignored, and the company made no effort to demonstrate they were addressing the issue. Feeling completely abandoned by Global Relax, I had to dismantle the sauna, pay for its removal and transport to a depuradora, and spend time and money organizing a replacement sauna from another company.
I recently contacted Global Relax again to request a full refund, but they have failed to respond. This is a clear breach of the warranty and of Spanish consumer protection laws (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
Why I Would Not Recommend Global Relax:
Complete Lack of Customer Support: My messages were ignored for months, and the company made no attempt to resolve the issue.
Faulty Product with No Solution: The sauna became unusable within a year, and despite the warranty, no repair or replacement was offered.
Additional Costs Incurred: I had to pay out of pocket for removal, transport, and a replacement sauna from another provider.
At this point, I have no choice but to escalate the matter through consumer protection authorities and, if necessary, take legal action. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from Global Relax.

Por desgracia no me queda más opción que dejar una mala reseña. Es imposible hacer una devolución. Lamentable servicio. Imposible contactar ni por correo, ni whatsap ni de ninguna manera. No contestan los mensajes. Me costó hacer la devolución y cuando lo consigo llevan más de 2 semanas sin dar señales .

Buenas Tardes Tomas,
El modelo KENSHO, viene montado de fábrica. Las dimensiones del sillón KENSHO son 80 x 146 x 83 cms. Es decir, la menor medida de la caja son 80 cms, por lo que no puede atravesar la puerta de 75 cms.
Existe una posibilidad, que sería entregar el sillón con un reposabrazos desmontado, y en ese caso, sí que atravesaría la puerta de 75 cms.
Volver a montar el reposabrazos una vez el sillón haya atravesado la puerta es una tarea compleja, que requiere de un técnico.
Por ello, en este caso sería necesaria la entrega Premium, en la cual nuestros técnicos entrega, instalan y ponen el funcionamiento en su casa (tiene un coste añadido).

Wir empfehlen Ihnen, zunächst mit kurzen Sitzungen zu beginnen, damit sich Ihr Körper an die Massage gewöhnen kann. Wenn Sie an einer Krankheit leiden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, vor der Anwendung des Geräts Ihren Arzt zu konsultieren.
Es gibt keine begrenzte Anzahl von Massagesitzungen, aber wir empfehlen immer, ein Gerät nicht übermäßig zu benutzen.

Veuillez noter que l'échelle de fitness KEIZAN STAIRMASTER est livrée entièrement assemblée.
Il vous suffit de fixer les 2 rails latéraux (mains courantes). C'est une opération simple qui ne nécessite pas plus de 5-10 minutes, et elle sera prête pour sa première utilisation.
