Very bad company. They deserve zero star. I made an order with the number B2C#10352 on 04.08.2025. I was told the same day that my order was given to GLS for shipment. Until today 20.08.2025, I have not received anything. GLS says they have never received my parcel from Greenince and that greenice has just introduced my package number in their system. When I calk greenice nobody picks the phone. After many call, one person picked and asked me to send an email. I sent the email and I received a reply that they have 15 days to clear the issue. I told them that I just Ned my money back. No answer since then. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FRIM THIS STUPID COMPANY AGAIN.

Most things were handled in a good way. The only thing reducing my buying experience was that when I checked the freight cost on your website it was given as 148 SEK, but when checking out it was calculated to be 229 SEK. A little bit too large discrepancy in my opinion.

They did not send the leds I ordered. They did not reply to my inquiries about it. At least they were fast when I opened a case with paypal. Absolute no go, I was waiting for it and lost more than a week. Cannot recommend

This is a fake site! You will recieve your product, however when you wish to make a return. Noone responds to your request and there is no way to get in touch with them. The chat doesnt work. Thet dont respond to email. And their phone number does not respons.
