Excelente calidad. Muy suave.Ideal para fans de Harry Porter ya que la lechuza es idéntica a Hedwig y con la posibilidad de sus movimientos de alas y cabeza la hace muy real.

Es complicado porque muchas de las empresas pasan por ciertas poblaciones sólo una vez al día. De todas formas tendremos esto muy en cuenta para futuros envíos a poblaciones alejadas de las centrales de transporte.

La experiencia fue perfecta. hicimos un pedido apurando la fecha de Reyes arriesgándonos a no tenerlo y llegó perfectamente , un día antes de la fecha que necesitábamos, envuelto en una bonita caja con lazo y además se molestaron en llamar para avisarnos de todos los detalles. El producto comprado también ha sido un éxito, a mi hijo le hizo muchísima ilusión. Gracias por la atención, si tenemos oportunidad repetiremos.

El precio es muy bueno, las explicaciones y las recetas un poco escasas. En general para crear una inquietud en el niño está bien. Faltan ingredientes para las recetas con lo cual se tiene que planificar antes de jugar.

La atención recibida ha sido estupenda. Me llamaron para avisarme que el pedido no podía ser entregado en horario de tarde, y que si quería podía cambiar la dirección de entrega. También llamaron para asegurarse que había llegado todo bien.
