Very tastey. Sound sleep. It does not make me sleepy but lets me drop off once i'm comfortable. I used to lay in bed for hours wanting to sleep.

These worked the way they're supposed to but I didn't like the taste sometimes it tasted a bit chemically and I disliked that so I wouldn't recommend when choosing melatonin gummies cause I feel like there are better ones out there.
