I've only been using SBO about a month. taste strong, but that's ok. first thing I noticed after 2 weeks I'm more regular. Also morning body aches have lessoned. will reorder looking forward to other positive effects.

Great probiotic with amazing extras! I was surprised by the color of the capsule ingredients initially ? but seeing as it has ginger, turmeric, etc it makes so much sense! I had no issues taking this without food. The fermented blend is a mixture of so many great things and with the probiotic makes this an every day essential with basic detox elements, making it great for digestion.

I bought these on a whim as I usually take probiotics in a pill form. But after having added other supplements to my routine it sometimes feels like a chore to take my probiotics. These taste so good and the serving size of two is perfect. Texture of these is not too chewy and was ok for me to eat with braces and also they have a yummy mango taste. I would recommend them the only downside in my eyes is that they come in a 50 gummy sized container and I like to have at least a month supply of my daily supplements. Hopefully they can make a refill or bigger container.

Excellent product, before I had high triglycerides and taking Naturelo Omega 3, for months I have been able to regularize my triglycerides, but I continue taking my Omega 3 for the many other advantages it has, besides this is the only one that does not leave the taste of fish.
