This is the only melatonin supplement I've taken but it'll stay that way. While this supplement takes some time to really sink in, it helps me STAY asleep. I can fall asleep a hundred times a night but I always end up waking up without this product.

These gummy's are super yummy as you can sit there and eat a whole bunch. One thing that did not impress me was how many the container came with, it's only about a months supply and it is kinda pricy.
