I was hopeful but that died during the night. I actually purchased a package of 10 and went through entire bag during the night in hopes of some sleep, which never came. Disappointed :(

I started using these probiotics over two years ago. Up until then I was having constant stomach aches. Everything I ate was leaving me with stomach cramps! A podcast mentioned that trying probiotics helped them so I tried it. I haven't had a stomach ache since! Plus these gummies are soooo delicious. They do get stale before I finish them so I keep them in a Ziploc instead of the container.

So this was recommended for my autistic/adhd son because he has a hard time sleeping. They are awesome flavor gummies and he doesn't fight me he thinks its candy. After one night he went to sleep within 30 mins and woke up the next day with out fighting us. His school has seen a change and his doctors. I love these probiotics. Every since my gall bladder was removed I have had to take probiotics but the pills I take always have an after taste. These gummies taste AMAZING! I eat this 30 minutes before I sleep and instantly get drowsy. This allows me to sleep within a few minutes instead of half of hour. HOWEVER?it's causing me to wake up in the middle of the night, and I can't fall back asleep until an hour later. Olly Sleep
