These are so good but so expensive. They taste so good you'll want to eat way more than 2. They don't have it on here to review, but the Olly Hello Happy Turmeric gummy worms? are nasty don't get those ones. Lol

These probiotics are great. I usually get acne from probiotics. However, these are soil based and they don't give me acne. I suggest start taking them thrice a week and build up slowly to daily consistency. Four stars because I find the gummies a bit too sweet, other than that a great product.

Overall, pretty decent. I would suggest a live probiotic if you want the real deal. Not sure how the probiotics in this are ?live?.

My absolute favorite probiotic! They taste so good and are enjoyable to take! You have to take two a day so the bottle goes fast which is a little annoying since they're not the cheapest probiotic out there but 100% worth it! They really work!

After taking these for a few weeks I noticed a big improvement! Less bloating and gas. I take one after each dinner and it makes me feel great! I recommend them.

Currently taking these probiotics as well. The taste is great and it seems to be helping. Only con would be that gummies contain less amounts of probiotics that an actually pill or tablet.

Usually when I take B12 it fills me with energy, but these are just not doing it for me, Im not buying this brand again

I have bought this product many times. If I don't drink coffee after 3pm, it helps. It does not make me sleepy though, but once I fall asleep, I sleep more soundly. I have used it every night for a while and moved on to something else. I need something that actually makes me sleepy.

We purchased this product because it contains B. subtilis and L. paracasei. There is evidence that each of these probiotics can control malassezia -- a fungus associated with seborrheic dermatitis, a condition that troubles my wife. I decided as well to take it to see if it works for psoriasis. Within a week, both of us noticed much-reduced skin itchiness and flaking. We have been taking it for approximately five weeks now. In both of our cases, we've seen only modest reductions in the areas affected. However, as anyone with skin problems can attest, clearing up one's skin can be a long process. Caveat: my wife and I follow very low sugar and no processed-carbohydrate diets, which have already had noticeably positive impact on our skin. It is hard to say whether these probiotics would still be effective if we were also "feeding" the bad fungi at the same time with sugar, fruit juice, junk food, etc. Bottom line: we will continue to use this promising supplement for at least four months.

I've taken this product for probably two weeks now. I do notice my bloating not being as bad but it isn't anything life changing.

I used to get this from my Doctor's office. Instead, now I get it here and it is cheaper. It is very potent and good. I can tell when I don't take it.

Lower the dosage and a smaller capsule will not buy again

B12is the solution for pain of the back. I have not more pain.
