easy access to pill just not for me it was OK really didn't feel less stressed from it was easy to take and swallow might work better with others and their stress levels just didn't change anything for me

I have tried a couple of different alternatives to help with my stress lately and have not found anything that really works 100%. I do think this helps take the edge off a bit, but I definitely still feel anxiety. The pills are a good size so you don't feel like they get stuck in your throat and they are odorless and tasteless which I prefer. Overall, I will continue to take them to see if it helps any further.

I use this product once per day and have been very happy with the results. If not for two crushed capsules in the bottle, my rating would be five stars instead of four. Even so, I will purchase this probiotic again in the future.

I've been taking this for weeks and have noticed a difference in my ability to deal with stress. No it does not stop stress, but it calms my mind enough that I can think it through before going into full freak out mode. I wish it helped shut down my mind so I could sleep better but otherwise its been great. Bonus: I got zero stomach upset which for my super sensitive stomach is a huge bonus!

These nature made ashwagandha capsules are great. I have started to notice in improvement after a week of taking the capsules. They have definitely helped to maintain and better and my stress level I have seen a lot of stress relief. I would definitely recommend giving these a try if you are feeling stressed these capsules will definitely help improve your mood overall.

I love tropical flavored everything and this one taste like mango gummies! I take probiotics every day but sometimes I get lazy and these gummy's are super tasty and makes it fun to take vitamins??.

This supplement has decidedly taken the edge off. I've taken it now for several weeks and have found myself to be much more even keeled. Things just haven't gotten under my skin the way they used to. I'm very glad I started using this product.

I love the Nature Made Ashwagandha for stress reduction. I never heard of these before. I can tell the difference when I take them and when I don't, it's like my stress levels reduce drastically when I take them. I will make sure that I keep them on hand. I've even suggested these to some of my friends.

I have not experienced any stress reduction or anything of that nature. I was really looking forward to seeing results and I had really high expectations. I love these! Being in the COVD-19 crisis, I have found these to be a daily supplement for myself! They are easy to swallow, no after taste, and the best part in my opinion, is I do not feel sick to my stomach after taking them which seems to happen quite often for me! It did not make me tired at all, and I was able to go to sleep like I always do. For me, they made it so I was not annoyed as easily!
