This supplement is great for anxiety. It calms me a whole lot, especially during this stressful Pandemic times. One thing it did to me... is give me more headaches. I do suffer from migraines. So maybe that's why. Supplementing with ashwagandha may be an easy and effective way to improve your health and quality of life.

I tried these vitamins for a few weeks, and from my experience, they didn't seem to do a whole lot to reduce my stress. I generally feel the same as I did before I started taking them However, I have a very stressful job and as such my stress might be beyond a normal level due to this, so for someone in a different situation, maybe these would be more effective.

I have been taking this for years now! It truest does work and has made such a difference in multiple ways. I definitely get sick much less and have become more resilient against gut issues.

Great multi vitamin they taste decent always have a weird pill tasting after Taste I received a small sample of these id consider buying if I saw them in store

Taste good but I didn't see any noticeable difference in using these. I would recommend drinking kefir instead of these as it's more effective and more cost effective. Sad though because it's so easy to take!

I love ashwagandha!! I love ashwagandha capsules even more!! Without having to experience the slightly unpleasant taste of this amazing root, this product is an amazing buy. For anyone interested in consuming a natural product to alleviate stress, this product is for you.

I never use this pills before so I was kind of hesitant as to try them. To be honest I never heard of it and got it for free so I decided to try. It actually does work. I felt really good of using it. I believe it takes a week to kick in. It leaves no aftertaste which are like. I put it in my pill separator for every day and it did not stain my other pills like some pills which looks like it. It is easy to swallow, perfect size. Things that used to bother me it does not when taking those pills. You feel relaxed. You feel totally stress free. I would definitely recommend those pills.

Nature Made Ashwagandha Capsules 125 mg, 60 Count for Stress Reduction is a great alternative. It is an easy to swallow capsule with no after taste. This is a perfect way to get a daily supplement of Ashwagandha to help reduce stress. There is a noticeable difference since I have been taking it . I would diffidently recommend.

I have been taking the recommended dosage every morning since I received the supplement. I have not experienced any notable effects at the recommended dosage. It may be that I need to continue taking the supplement for an extender period.

I love these probiotic gummies! The flavor is great and that makes it easy to take each day. I feel best when I take them consistently. These are my favorite probiotics to take. I wish they came in a larger size.
