Fish Oil, among other things, makes my brain feel good, my skin clear, and my body feel lighter. I take it as part of a holistic wellness program. I've tried a few different supplements and Naturelo has a good product. Their customer service is really top notch as well. Hope you enjoy.

This fish oil has been reformulated since last year and now the product is much purer and didn't have any adverse side affects unlike other brands which have an unpleasant smell or taste. And you only have to take one pill instead of 2 which is needed for most other brands!

Definitely helps if you are having trouble with dry eyes. It got rid of mine pretty quickly so this is a daily supplement I will not go without.

B12 results on my labs have been around #295 the past few years, and I've been dealing with chronic fatigue that is ruining my life. I wanted to try the methyl form of B12. I have been taking one daily. I have not had any negative side effects, but I can't say I've noticed any positive effects either......We'll see if it makes any difference in my lab results next time I go for more testing.
