I have been using this product, the 10,000 µg, for many years. I have found that this product helps with sensitivity and burning in the feet and nerve endings, as well as the side effect of having stronger hair and nails. I do take 6 to 7 capsules once a day and it is water soluble and not harmful to the body.. excellent product
