Answer Hornos de Leña

Estimado cliente , en primer lugar agradecerte el comentario . Las primeras cazuelas asapollos que fabricamos , el hueco llegaba hasta el fondo , pero gracias precisamente al comentario de un cliente lo cambiamos, por el siguiente motivo .
Si el hueco es completo y le ponemos cualquier tipo de especias , la cazuela al estar sometida a alta temperatura , al final se quedaba un resto de las especias seca y adherida
en el fondo , por lo que la limpieza se hacia muy difícil y no quedaba nunca bien limpia . Optamos por hacer el hueco mas pequeño y ademas de que soluciona el problema que hemos comentado , encima da mas sabor a la comida, ya que al estar mas superficial , antes vaporiza la esencia y le da mas sabor al pollo.
