Hola Sonia, lamentamos que no haya recibido los mangos de madera que por error nuestro no estaban en la caja correspondiente. Se los enviaremos inmediatamente. Nos pondremos en contacto con usted para solucionar el tema de las soldaduras de la puerta. Las puertas están fabricadas en forja de forma manual y es posible que alguna salga con algún defecto de este tipo. Intentaremos mejorar.
