La atención al cliente en todo momento fue excepcional. Cumplieron plazos perfectamente. En cuanto al envío, a pesar de indicar la fecha en que quería que se entregara, se adelantaron un par de días, pero fue por problemas del transportista.

Pusimos un trozo de la manta para proteger de la temperatura unas piezas del soporte donde se apoya el horno. Al final creemos que no hará falta, pero en la parte inferior de la manta estaba casi a temperatura ambiente.

Aunque hace poco tiempo que lo tenemos, cumple perfectamente lo que esperábamos. Las instrucciones de curado, uso, ... son claras y el rendimiento del horno es muy bueno. Funciona con muy poca leña y mantiene muy bien la temperatura durante horas.

No hemos probado la diferencia entre usar el horno con y sin tubo para ver la diferencia, pero el tubo se ve resistente y no ha dado problemas.

Con la pala es muy fácil sacar la pizza del horno pero debes dejarla cerca de la puerta o usar los guantes porque si no aunque el tiempo que estás con la mano dentro del horno es corto, acabas quemándote. La piedra es perfecta y nosotros también la usamos para, una vez caliente, acabar de hacer carne que hemos cocinado muy poco en la barbacoa.
