today (very quick delivery!) I’ve got the iron pot with 4 Liters. After receiving I found it had could be the next bigger size. The pot is just perfect made. Looks wonderful and I think I will make the first „Hungarian Gulasch“ in it soon.
Well fitting lid, very strong and solid material. Just a wonderful new tool for my outdoor kitchen and a eyecatcher on the fire. Love it! Thank you

* Me los recomendó una amiga. Les llamé por teléfono para aclarar dudas y me atendió una señora muy amablemente. Al dia siguiente hice el pedido por internet y a los dos días lo tenía en casa (y eso que es agosto), perfectamente embalado y además habían atendido todo lo que pedí en “observaciones”. Trabajan magníficamente y la carne queda buenísima. Recomendables 100%.

Digo confunden(y no es que engañen porque estar estan las dos fotos) porque no me fije que son dos fotos distintas, poner dos fotos distintas de un mismo articulo no me parece bien, si un producto se queda sin stock y se cambia por otro similar no me perece tan complicado cambiar la foto. El soporte donde colgar las palas que he recibido no se parece en nada al de la foto y la pala plana para cazuelas en la primera foto es mucho mas ancha que la he recibido, en la segunda foto al ser fotos montadas y no una del conjunto no se aprecia tan claro que la pala puede ser tan estrecha, yo pretendia utlizarla tambien para pizzas y con esta no puedo sin embargo la de la primera foto parace mas ancha.

Quería comprar unos ladrillos refractarios e hice el pedido. Me cobraron su importe y no me cargaron gastos de envío. Al cabo de un rato, sin ninguna explicación, me devolvieron el dinero y no me han enviado nada. Nadie me ha notificado nada sobre la causa de no querer vender un producto que tienen en la tienda on line.

Recibido en un día y medio desde el pedido. En perfecto estado y con la calidad que esperaba. El transportista siguió las indicaciones dadas de contactar primero para evitar problemas de entrega. Servicio perfecto.
Por hacer alguna sugerencia, sería bueno que en la página se indicara alguna característica en detalle del kit: dimensiones de puerta, chimenea, etc. que no son muy evidentes, pero yo ya lo descubrí por otras vías.
