Antes de hacer el pedido consulté si era posible que viniesen los 18 metros que necesitaba en 6 cortes de 3 metros cada uno y la respuesta fue que si, que lo especificara en los comentarios. Así lo hice y el pedido llegó en un solo rollo de 18 metros. Me ha costado muchísimo poder cortar la pieza con lo cual estoy muy disgustada.

Han tardado muchísimo en enviar las muestras
Seria conveniente marcar las muestras con las referencias, no solo indicar en la factura el color, pues puede darse el caso que el orden de lo grapadora no coincida con el orden de la factura. Además,en mi caso he recibido 8 muestras y en la fra aparecen 7...
