Bonjour Madame,
Nous essayons de faire un trés bon rapport qualité prix , toute l'année à nos clients . Nous préférons faire de bons prix que de faire payer plus cher pour faire des gestes commerciaux.
Néanmoins si vous avez des commandes supérieurs à 300 euros par envois nous faisons une remise de 5% . veuillez nous envoyer un mail et nous ferons le code promo correspondant.

La qualité des tissus est magnifique, je suis professionnelle et j'ai reçu très rapidement les réponses à mes différentes questions.
C'est très appréciable de pouvoir commander à partir de 50 cm pour ensuite ajouter 10 cm par 10 cm, pas de perte de tissu.
Le service de livraison est opérationnel, pas de mauvaises surprises.

Côté amélioration, j'en vois au moins une à faire au niveau du site Internet.
- Le formulaire de contact ne fonctionne pas et il m'a fallu un petit moment pour voir qu'il y avait une adresse mail au dessus pour ce cas de figure.

Je suis ravie de commencer à travailler avec vous, j'espère une collaboration longue et prospère.
