Love the ham. Although I would like to order an actual leg or shoulder of my choice and you can pre cut them into packs for shipping over. That would be the best!

Overall the service was average.1.The delivery was changed due to the oil not being ready or not available. At least this was communicated. You did say that you would be in contact the following week at the end of that week,having heard nothing I e mailed you on the Friday, but *** to get a response until the Monday. Response not good enough.The received a mail to say the oil was in a different tin but was the oil i ordered. All a bit confusing and if a different customer they may have said i don't want it take it back.As they say feedback is the breakfast of champions.Hopefully continuous improvement is what you seek, hard work and attention to detail will get you there.

I have eaten a lot of bellota ham over the years, and the 5J is and should be top class. If not, you should rightly say that “this isn’t good enough”. Though, the 5J from *** was really brilliant. It doesn’t get better than this.
