Superb.I purchased some packs of this bellota gran reserve to get some friends to appreciate the taste of real spain and the flavour was superb, my only comment would be that the slices were rather large as being cut from a boned leg and would prefer the smaller as cut from the leg in small sliced bits.

Whole Bellota Iberico Ham Sliced.The jamon was slightly dry compared to what I am used to from other shops. That gave the bits a bit dry/hard edge. The slices were perfectly thin without falling apart. The jamon were slightly saulty for my taste but others appreciated the salt.
