I bought a whole Serrano shoulder ham from you in your shop in Barcelona, in June this year. I was really happy with that ham, so when I finished it last month I ordered a new one from the webshop, a Cebo shoulder ham this time.

I live in Australia and I purchased a gift for my friend *** in London. To answer your questions: 1. He thought your products were great! He cannot stop talking about them. 2. We will probably try the sliced ham with the next purchase. 3. I think Jamonarium s service is superb! My order was delivered within days to London (in time for my friend s 75th birthday). Extremely good, probably the best Serrano whole ham I have ever ordered, and I have been buying 3 per year for many years. The maturation was just right with the meat moist, pink, tasty and easy to carve, and the inside muscle was nice and dark but not too dried out.It was much better than the paleta I last bought from your company which had an excess level of fat. Your customer service is excellent and it seems you really try hard to help and engage with your customers. 5 stars! I have already recommended you to other people.

Very good flavour but around 40% fat content, excessive even for a Pata Negra Belotta, so not very good value. Perhaps you could recommend something with less fat? The communications received were excellent and personal and the delivery reasonably fast.

I was in poor timing, even had to change ups service level to express saver to get it for chrirstmas. If we concider that, you managed quite well: I received the leg day before christmas.

The product (jamon) was exquisite and reached our expectations. We were very pleased with the service - prompt response, fast shipment. The only comment or recommendation/expectation - a small discount at the next shipment.
