Compramos un jamón ibérico, un queso curado y varios embutidos para una comida familiar de domingo, de esas que empiezan con “solo seremos ocho” y terminan con media familia sentada alrededor de la mesa. El pedido llegó muy bien protegido y todo tenía un aspecto estupendo. El jamón fue el protagonista absoluto: mi padre decía que había que cortarlo muy fino, mi cuñado defendía que las lonchas gruesas “tienen más personalidad” y, mientras discutían, los niños iban vaciando el plato sin hacer ruido. El queso también desapareció rápidamente y el chorizo gustó tanto que mi madre escondió un trozo para llevárselo a casa. La calidad nos pareció excelente y se notaba que los productos estaban bien seleccionados. Sin duda repetiremos, aunque la próxima vez pediremos más cantidad y pondremos a alguien a vigilar la mesa.
