Excelente servicio, el paquete muy bien preparado llegó en un par de días desde España a Eslovenia. En mi ciudad es posible conseguir ibérico, hasta ahora estuve comprando el Beher Oro, que encontraba bueno. Mirando los ingredientes me encontré con que lleva conservante y azúcar, así que me puse a buscar una alternativa, ibérico, sal y tiempo... metodo tradicional. El Joselito que recibí esta estupendo, un buen trozo, con lo justo de grasa y de un dabor muy bueno. También la cecina, el queso de cabra y el chorizo de ibérico están muy bien. Estoy muy contento de haber descubierto el Jamonarium y seguramente seguiré comprando allí. Muchas gracias, también la comunicación fue rápida y clara.
