What Id suggest you to improve - shopping choice or at least availability of those items, which you usually sell. Recently many items are marjed as “out of stock”.

Shoulder Joselito, old (wrapped Feb. 23) and dry. The weight is 5,665kg while I paid for 5,75kg… There is better on the market for such a price (300€). I prefer other brand (Jabugo) buying directly from the producer.

Hello Andrea, thanks for your review. I regret you are not satisfy with the shoulder. A Joselito shoulder should be a great product, of course! Please send us a mail with all the details of the issue and we will find a solution. It shouldn't be a piece wrapped almost a year ago, could you plese send us a picture of the label. On the other side Joselito use to have more fat than other products, so it shouldn't be very dry. We have also other products from our brand. Looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards.

Gran Reserva is good to have in salad, but if you are looking for the real thing. Iberico bellota is the one.

Hello Alehandro, thanks for your review. It's clear that iberico Bellota ham is the top one. However the Serrano Gran reserva is smoth nice Spanish ham, less strong. We have also customers who like better the Gran Reserva because the iberico is too strong for them. Kind regards!
