J’ai renouvelé mon achat d’une palette de Jabugo 5 Jotas… Goût extraordinaire, texture de la viande et du gras tout en finesse… Produit exceptionnel qui mérite largement sa réputation.
A noter que Jamonarium vend moins cher le même produit que sur place à Jabugo !

Thanks for your comments Giuseppe. We choose all our hams and shoulders with love. Sometimes it can happen that a piece has a little more fat than usual. Tell you that the Iberian shoulder can have around 60% fat and bone, that's a lot of fat. This is one of the reasons why it is so tasty.
