Super très stable et facile à utiliser par contre un mode d'emploi pour trancher une épaule serait utile pour ne pas se tromper dans le sens de l'entame et de la découpe ce n'est pas clair sur le site
J'ai cru comprendre que ce n'est pas la même chose pour un jambon et pour une épaule.
