livraison rapide, rien à redire. Par contre , très déçu du jambon. Il est excellent mais la part de graisse est énorme. Même si la graisse fait partie de ce type de jambon et contribue au goût, là c 'est trop !! . Entre l'os et la graisse, sur 3 kg, il reste peut etre un petit kilo de chair. (je tiens des photos à disposition). Du coup, j'ai vraiment l'impression d'avoir payé très cher.. de la graisse!. J'ai déjà acheté à la boutique à Barcelone et c'était très bien. Là, je crois qu'ils sélectionnent et choisissent des jambons moins 'top' pour expédition. Et encore plus à l'export. Dommage, je ne pense pas que j'y reviendrai.

Produit moyen pas très goûté pour un pata negra de + 24 mois.
Très huileux ...
Déçu par rapport à mes achats fait sur place à Salamanca et Bardajoz.

Bonjour Jacques, merci de votre avis. Ce produit et un de nos meilleurs produits épaule 100% ibérique. Sans doute c'est un jambon huileux, et normalement très goutteux. Contactez nous par mail pour voir de trouver une solution. Bien à vous.
