Il prosciutto piu buono che ho mai mangiato in vita mia! (la spalla) la spalla è deliziosa poco grasso di un sapore irripetibile. Mangiandolo entro ogni volta in una dimensione fantastica, il sapore della carne si mescola con quello del grasso proiettando i miei sensi in un mondo perfetto. Assolutamente ineuguagliabile, divino. Sono entusiasta di questo cibo meraviglioso e ringrazio tutti gli spagnoli per la grande opportunità in questa vita terrenadi assaporare un cibo divino, perfetto. Grasso pochissimo e perfetto, conservazione pefetta. Sono grato ao produttori, maestri, di questo prosciutto eccellente. Lo riprenderò.
