Boneless Salamanca shoulder, just the best way to have a guijuelo piece at home with tiny space. I live by my self and it is the perfect weight of one person. Highly recommended.

For me, Guijuelo hams are very good options. Their proportion fat and bone - meat is really good and the taste is very special. Fruity and a bit strong at the same time. I love it!
