Muy buen jamón. Como siempre. Tan bueno, (o mejor) que el que tienen de D.O. Da igual que sea maza, punta o codillo envasados, o jamones enteros. El sabor recuerda a los que se hacían el los pueblos en muchas casas. Valoro igual lo de poder elegir el tiempo de curación. También he probado la conserva y algún embutido de los que hacen, y nos gustaron.

El jamón como los anteriores muy bueno. Pero además os tengo qur felicitar por el trabajo que hicisteis con Seur para que lo entregarán el viernes, que desde el miércoles que salió de vuestra casa lo querían dejar para el lunes de la siguiente semana. Al final lograste is que lo entregarán el viernes por la tarde con un reparto especial. Gracias por el interés.

Paramos de paso por la carretera de Cantavieja y qué acierto. Nos atendieron de maravilla explicándonos las diferencias entre las piezas y aconsejándonos según lo que buscábamos. La tienda huele que alimenta y la limpieza es impecable.
