El jamón esta muy bueno, pero le doy 4 estrellas y no 5 porque tiene 22 meses de curación y anuncian más de 24 meses. Elegí este por ofrecer un plus sobre otros del mercado de caracteristicas similares.

Compré un jamón con 30 meses de curación (o al menos eso dicen) y antes de consumir la mitad salió un zona podrida y apestosa. Puestos al habla con la empresa la única respuesta fue "que a veces eso suele ocurrir". Solución ninguna, lamentable NO VOLVERÉ A COMPRAR NINGUN PRODUCTO por el trato recibido, muchas pag. web pero nula garantía ni atención al cliente.

Una atención muy amable y unos productos de mucho nivel, en particular el D.O.P. Ya me tienen ahi en cuanto se termine. Merece la pena visitar la localidad y ahora con más motivo. Soy viajante y suelo elegir lo mejor de cada punto donde viajo y aquí he dado con un jamón de muchos kilates.

Esta es mi primera compra directa, anteriormente había comprado por medio de un familiar.
En ambas ocasiones todo perfecto, el jamón loncheado muy bueno, así como el queso de cabra y el semi curado de oveja.
Envío super rápido y muy buena atención telefónica.
Recomendable.
