Paramos de camino y fue un acierto total. El trato en la tienda fue excelente, nos explicaron las diferencias entre los tipos de curación y nos asesoraron súper bien. El local está impecable y el aroma al entrar ya te lo dice todo.

Quería compartir mi experiencia con Castelfrío porque realmente se lo merecen. Es una empresa responsable y totalmente orientada al cliente. Desde el primer momento me asesoraron de forma fantástica sobre los puntos de curación y el contenido de grasa, resolviendo cada duda casi de inmediato, algo que hoy en día es muy de apreciar.

En cuanto a la calidad, es excepcional para un jamón serrano. Como anécdota: en casa acabábamos de terminar un jamón 100% de bellota y, al empezar este de Castelfrío a continuación, toda la familia coincidió en que está buenísimo. Mantener ese nivel de satisfacción después de un bellota dice mucho de su producto.

Además, ante cualquier contratiempo han estado ahí con una respuesta inmediata, demostrando una gran profesionalidad y, sobre todo, calidad humana. Sin duda, una casa de confianza a la que volveré a comprar.
