Hice un pedido de unas ceras de colores. Al ir a entregarlo en mi domicilio, no había nadie y dieron parte a la tienda. Pues cual es mi sorpresa cuando recibo un mail de la tienda, informando de lo sucedido y que si me corría prisa por si era un regalo para navidad, me pusiera en contacto con el transportista para gestionar la entrega. Os parecerá una tontería, pero es la primera vez que recibo un correo de seguimiento de un pedido. Rápidos y eficaces. Sobre todo muy útil. Gracias por la atención y por el trato recibido, demostráis que todos los clientes cuentan. ENHORABUENA POR TOMAROS TAN EN SERIO VUESTRO TRABAJO.
