El envío después del quinto día, desconocían dónde estaba... tras indicar en el almacén a un repartidor que en el parcel shop les aparecía como no entregado, fue a buscarlo de nuevo y bajó el paquete visiblemente abollado y con un roto.

Hola Eduardo, sentimos las molestias ocasionadas. Se ve, que si ha habido problemas con mensajería y te pedimos disculpa. A veces estos casos suceden y se intenta poner solución lo antes posible. Nosotros siempre reclamamos a mensajería si hay problemas y una vez nos informan vemos como proceder. Ante cualquier desperfecto, te lo cambiamos sin problemas. Cuando necesites ayuda, puedes contactar por teléfono o email y te atendemos en la menor brevedad posible... :-)

La lámpara funciona perfectamente. La luz es agradable y se integra a la perfección en la habitación.
Con lo que no estoy satisfecho es con el envío. Después del quinto día después del aviso y de no poder recogerla en el parcel shop, acudí a recogerla. Desconocían dónde estaba y al cabo de un rato bajan la caja abollada y rota. Como digo, la lámpara funciona perfectamente y "La casa de la lámpara" no tiene culpa de lo sucedido, pero estaría bien que tuvieran en consideración cómo son entregados sus paquetes.

Respecto de la lámpara, he de reconocer que no tenía grandes expectativas, pero la verdad, es súper bonita y de muchísima calidad, hice una gran compra.
