El producto no estaba en stock y me ofrecieron cancelar o esperar. Decidí esperar y han llegado perfectamente las dos lámparas.

¡Hola Gustavo! Gracias por compartir la opinión con todos nosotros. Nos alegra que todo haya ido bien. Solo que no llegamos a comprender que pasa con los gastos de envío. Salen a gratis para pedidos de 60 euros, para inferior un coste de 5,95 euros. Es muy razonable teniendo en cuenta que las luminarias son un producto delicado que se debe asegurar, además del tamaño y peso. Siempre intentamos mejorarlos, pero ahora es lo máximo que podemos hacer. Además puedes beneficiarte de descuentos y ahorrar en la compra... :-)

El transportista , Cuando vinieron me anotaron, ausente cuando yo estaba en casa. Además para irlo a buscar a la sede y no la tienen en Barcelona, està a unos 20 km de Barcelona y si vas en transporte público, a la Vuelta con semejante armatoste es súper incómodo

Se ve que algo no ha salido bien, ya que siempre debe ser entregado el pedido en casa, y estamos para ayudarte a solucionar el problema. La mensajería es una empresa externa, y se entiende que alguna vez puedan sufrir problemas, pero por suerte no ocurre mucho, sino, sería una locura para nosotros con todos los pedidos que movemos. Solo comentarte que intentamos siempre informar al cliente en la menor brevedad si no hay disponibilidad del producto. Nuestro catálogo se actualiza de madrugada dos veces por semana, y esto puede ocasionar que un producto deje de estar disponible, pero suele pasar muy poco. La alternativa es muy difícil de plantearla si no hay un modelo que sea similar, el diseño de esta lámpara es muy peculiar. A la hora de dar un descuento, no podemos fijar uno exacto por ofrecerte el mejor, todo depende del valor de la compra y el fabricante, por eso te informamos que nos contacte y vemos la mejor oferta por las molestias ocasionadas. Para lo que necesites nuevamente, nos dices y te pedimos nuevamente disculpas. ¡Feliz Año! :-)
