Para el vendedor, color cuero es color dorado, por ello tuve que devolverlo. Me repusieron rápidamente otro modelo que se ajustaba más, color madera, sin cobrarme la diferencia a su favor de unos veinte euros, detalle de agradecer.
Respecto al transportista, GLS, un desastre, desconozco si se debió en parte a los suplentes vacacionales de Agosto. Primero lo dejan done no deben pese a estar esperando en el domicilio de entrega todo el día. Cuando traen el segundo envío, me anuncian una fecha y no viene nadie en todo el día. Vienen al día siguiente, ni una llamada ni una excusa.
El interlocutor de la tienda, muy amable, es de agradecer.

¡Hola Manuel! Gracias por la información. Como ya hemos hablado en otra ocasión, el término de color cuero lo indica el fabricante, que también en las lámparas es un acabado dorado. Ya hemos mejorado esto para no generar error, te lo agradecemos. Referente a GLS, ya se remitió al encargado de zona la reclamación de lo ocurrido y luego se intento en todo momento que hicieran la entrega en el lugar correcto. Sentimos las molestias, pero ocasionalmente esto puede ocurrir y lo único que podemos hacer es siempre ayudarte en todo momento hasta finalizar la pedido. Gracias por confiar en nosotros... :-)
