El envío ha sido muy malo, con una incidencia y llegó muy estropeado. Puede que sea la empresa de transporte.

Pero la atención al cliente es mala, además de larga espera. El teléfono nunca lo cogen y los wasap o email tardan mucho en contestarlos.

Bastante decepcionado. Me enviaron el kit directamente sin envoltorio alguno, pero los rodearon completamente de cinta de precintar , por lo que deterioraron el propio kit, impidiendo ver las instrucciones de uso, y dañando las zonas de troquel. Lo dejaron inutilizable. Les llamé para comentar lo ocurrido, y lo único que conseguí fue, que lo tendrían en cuenta para la próxima vez. El kit lo he vuelto a comprar en otro establecimiento donde sí cuidan el producto, y está genial, recomiendo el producto, no el comercio.
