La información al cliente no es buena, ya que no avisan en la web de que los níscalos deshidratados no tienen buen sabor (nada que ver con los níscalos frescos, congelados o en conserva) . Si me lo dijeron cuando llamé para quejarme, una vez ya comprados, cuando ya no había solución. Incluso tampoco me avisaron cuando llamé antes de comprarlos para ver si llegarían a tiempo. En fin, muy decepcionada con la atención al cliente.

Compré medio kilo de níscalos deshidratados y estaban malísimos, tenían un fuerte sabor a rancio, no se podían comer. Llamé por teléfono y me dijeron que los níscalos deshidratados son así, que no es la mejor seta para deshidratar, y que no los podía devolver (solo gastamos 1 cuarto de la bolsa). Tampoco me dieron ninguna solución o compensación, así que he tenido que tirar a la basura los níscalos, al igual que mi dinero. No volveré a comprar en esta web y no la recomendaré.
