Au bout de quelques jours l'arbre s'est mis à dépérir, il perdait progressivement ses feuilles en dépit des arrosages effectués.
Quelques semaines après j'en ai informé le service client qui ne m'a jamais répondu ce qui donne l'impression que le rôle s'arrête à la vente et peu importe ce qui se passe après.

Lamentamos que el árbol haya muerto, vemos que tu pedido lo realizaste el 18 de mayo y que nos escribiste en relación a este el día 15 de agosto. Entiende que pasados ya tres meses desde tu compra, sin conocer como se ha mantenido el árbol, las condiciones ambientales en las que ha sido plantado y dado que no nos informaste inmediatamente de que el árbol estaba perdiendo hojas, lamentamos decirte que en este caso, la tienda no puede hacerse responsable del deterioro de la planta, puesto que hay muchos factores que pueden hacer que esta se haga mala. Si en el momento en que viste que la planta se estaba marchitando, como dices unos días después de recibirla, nos hubieras escrito, habríamos solucionado el problema, pero el plazo de reclamación en ningún caso es después de 3 meses.
