Ci dispiace che la risposta all'e-mail non sia stata corretta, riceviamo decine di e-mail al giorno e molte finiscono nella cartella SPAM, quindi a volte è difficile vederle tutte. Il prodotto richiesto nel suo ordine non era in magazzino al momento in cui l'abbiamo ricevuto e per questo non abbiamo potuto inviarlo immediatamente, lo abbiamo inviato il più rapidamente possibile. Per quanto riguarda le spese di spedizione, ci dispiace che sia così, ma queste non vengono assegnate da noi, ma dalle società di trasporto con cui lavoriamo.

Buenos días, Fernando.

Lamentamos ver que no te ha funcionado uno de los panes que has adquirido. Decirte que el funcionamiento de los kits de cultivo cuando llegan en condiciones adecuadas al cliente, depende de muchos factores, sobre todo de manipulación y condiciones de temperatura, humedad, etc... a los que se le expone. No todos los kits necesitan de la misma temperatura y humedad y por eso hay que seguir al pie de la letra las instrucciones de cada kit por separado.

Nosotros no podemos controlar todo esto, por eso lamentamos haber recibido esta valoración por tu parte y sentimos que hayas quedado descontento, pero no está en nuestras manos como se desarrollen los kits cuando los ponéis a funcionar en casa.
