Por nuestra parte nunca te comentamos que el pedido se iba a embalar de otra forma ya que no ofrecemos ese servicio.

El envio ha llegado perfecto, pero pregunte si se podia hacer un cambio pues fue un regalo, me dijeron que si, siempre que enviara el link de la cesta por la que queria hacer el cambio, ademas de una compra mas, todo sumaba mayor precio y aun asi no obtuve respuesta.
