Hola Jose Carlos, nos sabe mal este contratiempo. Desde luego si hubiesemos detectado el problema no habris sido enviada la cesta.
Nos puedes hacer llegar una foto del problema. asi nosotros tambien informaremos a nuestro propveedor. Mientras, vamos a preparar una cesta nueva que te enviaremos de nuevo.
