Por otro lado ya hemos reclamado a nacex para que se haga cargo de los desperfectos causados ya que el bastón salió de nuestro almacén en perfectas condiciones. No solemos tener incidencias en los envíos pero en navidades y con tanto jaleo, alguna suele haber.

La atención al cliente nula. Me mandaron un correo diciendo que el pedido me lo entregarían al día siguiente y no me llego. Luego me mandaron otro correo diciendo que no se había completado el pago por un error del sistema,cuando ya me habían descontado el dinero del banco. Les envío un email diciendo ésto y un WhatsApp y no recibo contestación alguna. Sobretodo porque necesitaba la cesta para un regalo y no sabia si me llegaría a tiempo. Al final llame a la agencia de correos y me lo trajeron al día siguiente. Pero desde la tienda nunca he recibido ningún tipo de solución, ni me contestaron.

Hola Laura, lamentamos tu malestar pero no nos consta ningun mail tuyo ni ningun whatsapp. ¿Puedes decirnos cuando lo has enviado?. Contestamos todos los mensajes lo antes posible y nos desconcierta tu opinión. Hemos revisado tu pedido y lo realizaste el sábado 16 y lo recibiste el jueves 20, dentro de los plazos establecidos. De todas formas te pedimos disculpas
