Ya que preguntáis aprovecho la ocasión para preguntar como se coloca el panel que viene con la mochila.
Todo bien salvo que expuse unas condiciones de entrega ( llamar antes, no estábamos en casa) que no se cumplieron. Viaje en balde del transporte.

Ayer me llegó el envío y desafortunadamente la caja llegó dañada. Los daños son abolladuras y grietas al cartón que afecta bastante a la presencia cuando nuestra intención era darlo como regalo.

Hola Cristobal, lamentamos este contratiempo. Si nos facilitas fotografias de los desperfectos reclamaremos a la agencia de transporte. Tenemos muy pocas incidencias con los envios, pero lamentablemente no podemos controlar este factor. Intentaremos solucionar la incidencia lo antes posible.
