Han pasado más de 15 días y todavía no he recibido mi producto. En la página web se indica un plazo de entrega de 4 a 5 días, y además pagué 5 € extra por el envío. En España, cuando pago por un envío, normalmente recibo mi pedido en una semana. Entonces, ¿para qué era el cargo adicional? El pedido sigue en tránsito y este retraso es decepcionante.

Parfait, autant le produit que le soin apporté à l’emballage et l’expédition rapide. Seul le suivi du transporteur n’est pas optimal, peut être à voir pour passer par quelqu’un d’autre dont le suivi serait plus efficace (en gros j’ai reçu le colis alors que sur le suivi il était encore à la frontière espagnole 😂)
