Hola Santos, tienes razón, tardamos demasiado en servir este pedido. También es cierto que te explicamos que trabajamos con artesanos que no tienen la capacidad de Amazon de servir en 24h. Eso lo deberíamos tener en cuenta ya que la navaja que te servimos no la puedes encontrar en comercios convencionales. No nos quitamos parte de culpa pero tardar 5 días en servir ese producto, habiendo seleccionado el servicio entrega 5-6 días, no creo que sea para poner una opinión de este tono. De todas formas trabajamos para que estos retrasos puntuales no se repitan. Muchas gracias
