LLegaron aMarseile francia, description exacta de lo que estab descripto en el sitio. Solucionaron un problema , ya que es dificil de conseguir este producto. Solamente seria bueno, tenr un horario preciso a que hora llega el pedido. Ya que no se puede estar todo el dia atras de la puerta; hay que mejorar ese tema.

El color de las fotos en vuestra web de las palas de madera del ventilador no tiene nada que ver con la realidad. Me habéis hecho perder tiempo y dinero para pagar el transporte de la devolución.

Gracias a su apreciación hemos solicitado imágenes nuevas al fabricante donde se aprecie el color exacto. El fabricante por el momento solo nos ha indicado que al ser un ventilador para exterior con palas acrílicas imitación madera, es muy difícil reproducir el color exacto de la imitación madera, aunque la marca sigue considerando bajo su apreciación que son muy verosímil las fotos facilitadas al color real. Entendemos que al no ser madera no se consigan los tonos buscados por usted. Gracias
