Muy satisfecho con la compra, la relación calidad precio es la que esperaba. Recibí el pedido antes del plazo indicado. Además de la buena atención al cliente, ya que llamé para preguntar si las bombillas estaban incluidas y no lo estaban, pero la persona que me atedió tuvo el detalle de incluir dos bombillas sin coste alguno. Puedo decir que es una empresa de la que muchas otras en España deberían aprender.

El envío perfecto, al igual que los artículos son muy buenos pero... me llegó con una pequeña falta en el flexo; le faltaba una pequeña goma en un lateral, donde se engancha un muelle que hace Unión con otra parte del brazo del flexo, para su movilidad.

Muchas Gracias por el ofrecimiento, pero siempre es bueno revisar el artículo y ver si va todo correcto?, para evitar posibles fallos,a sin, se evitaría molestias Ineceras; que al final deberían ser innecesarias para ambos ( vendedor/ comprador).
