Es lo esperado, el único "pero" puede ser que para manejarla no tiene mando, se tiene que hacer a través de una aplicación, y esta es una apk, no una app, lo que dificulta su implantación y la seguridad de allá donde la instales. Gracias.

La lámpara daba sensación de que era de segunda mano. La montamos, y dos de los focos no lucían. probamos a cambiar las bombillas de sitio, y 3 de ellas se partieron al sacarlas (malisima calidad). Compre 4 bombillas nuevas, y continuaba sin lucir.... hemos cambiado los casquillos, y continuaba igual.... al final nos ha tocado revisar los cables internos, y hemos visto que había dos mal unidos y pegados con cinta aislante..... no recomiendo la tienda para nada.

Lo unico bueno, el diseño de la lámpara

No vendemos lámparas de segunda mano, servimos el producto tal cual nos lo manda el fabricante a nosotros. Cualquier producto defectuoso o en mal estado, corre a cargo nuestra recogerlo y cambiarlo en garantía. Así mismo ningún fabricante acepta la manipulación de un artículo nuevo, por lo que antes de intentar arreglarlo por si mismo debería de haber contactado con nosotros. Gracias.

Me llamaron a las 10 para decirme que si iba a estar en casa, y les dije que tenía que salir sobre las 12 y media. A la 1 menos cuarto les llame, y me dijeron que se habían entretenido. Me dijeron que volvían a la tarde sobre las 4 (les dije que tenía que salir a las 4 y media) y aparecieron a las 5 y veinte, tras dos llamadas para ver que pasaba con el pedido.....

Pesima gestión con el trasporte.

Buenos días
En primer lugar, sentimos su malestar en el primer contacto con nuestra tienda, decirle también que nosotros no vendemos ningún producto de segunda mano. No entendemos para nada su comentario ya que cualquier caso por ínfimo que sea, lo solucionamos o cambiamos el producto de momento. Aún así, seguimos sin entender porque no nos ha llamado ni se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros y ha intentando arreglar usted mismo un producto en malas condiciones. Si lo desea, podemos retirarle la lámpara para cambio ya que tiene dos años de garantía. Rogamos se ponga en contacto con nosotros para tal fin.
Sentimos mucho el problema con el transporte pero ahí nosotros no podemos hacer nada, son días de muchos envíos y también están algo saturados, igualmente nos alegramos de que hayan estado poniéndose en contacto con usted para intentar entregarle el pedido.
