Ce fromage au parfum et à la texture subtile nous a ravis par sa finesse tout en gardant son caractère. Le premier morceau a été dévoré en un seul repas avec du pain!
Nous avons dû un peu freiner nos ardeurs pour pouvoir le décliner en sauce pour les pâtes, en gratin avec des patates, sur un magret de canard, dans une salade verte... Il s'accomode parfaitement à tout, chaud ou froid.
On en redemande!

Nous sommes la Famille Bernat. Nous sommes dans la zone de production du fameux fromage Roquefort dans le sud-Aveyron. Nous vendons notre Roquefort Haut de Gamme, La Pastourelle qui a reçu en 2019 la médaille d'or au Salon de l' Agriculture de Paris. Nous pratiquons la vente directe aux particuliers en France et en Espagne.
